Drug peddler held, 350 intoxicating capsules recovered 1/15/2013 11:59:06 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT KATHUA, Jan 15: Police today arrested a drug peddler and recovered 350 Parvan Spas capsules from his possession near Gujjar Hostel here. According to police sources, a police party of P/S Kathua during patrolling near Gujjar Hostel intercepted one Motorcycle bearing registration No. PB-06D 4575 ridden by Baljit Singh son of Sardar Singh of Barwal Tehsil and District Kathua. During personal search of the said person police recovered 350 Parvan Spas capsules from his possession.
