Jammu, Jan 15: All J&K Housing Board Daily Rated Workers Union (AJKHBDRWU) today criticized the Housing board management for not fulfilling its long pending demands, here today.
Seeking fulfillment of their demands, the members of AJKHBDRWU on Tuesday commenced their two days demonstration in the front of Managing Director's office at Gandhi Nagar.
Speaking on the occasion president AJKHBDRWU, Mohd Farooq suggested that administration should immediately fill the vacant post of Daily wagers. Suman Sharma, General Secretary, Board Employees alleged that the management is deliberately ignoring the problems being faced by the employees. "It is injustice with poor employees, who are working on meager wages for more than 18 years, despite being board's own resources to meet the expenses of wages of employees" he said. Mean-while, another employee leader, Suraj Prakash said that they have given sufficient time to Board Management for regularization of Daily rated workers, but nothing has been done so far. |
