Jammu, Feb 22: Annual Murti Sathapana Bhandara of Balak Sankirtan mandal will be observed on February 24 at Balak Sanki-rtan Mandal, Shalmar Road Jammu. On this very day, some 20 years back, the Idol of "Maha-Kali" was installed at the Hanuman Mandir Shala-mar Road, Jammu.
In a meeting of executive members which was attended by Chief Patron-Ravi Rohmetra, Ravi Bakshi- President, Vice President Ashok Kumar, General Secretary- Ravi Verma, Cashier-Krishan Lal, Secretary- Rattan Lal and Raj Kumar and others it was decided that the Yagniya will start at 10:00 am, puran ahuti at 12.00 non and then Langer Bhandara will be served at 1.00 pm while a spiritual songs evening (Kiratan) will be held from 9:00 pm to 12 pm in the night. The members have extended an open invitation to all the devotees to get the blessing of Goddess Kali on the 20th installation occasion. |
