SSSS demands shrine board for Machail yatra 3/31/2013 10:48:54 PM kishtwar: Sarav Shakti Sewak Sanstha (SSSS) has demanded establishment of shrine board for Machail yatra on the pattern of Matta Vashnu Devi Shrine board and Shri Amarnath Shrine Board. Addressing a press conference here senior member of the Sanstha Nek Ram Manhas said that annual Machail Yatra is the third biggest yatra after Vashnu Devi and Amarnath Yatra in which more than 2.50 lacs pilgrims visit the shrine every year. He said that due to heavy rush of pilgrims every year, the Sanstha faces a lot of inconvenience in managing the yatra, besides making suitable arrangements for the visiting pilgrims. He said that Sanstha has decided to support the establishment of Machail Matta Shrine board with Governor of Jammu and Kashmir as its chairman.
