BUDGAM: In order to ensure smooth conduct of prayers organised in Gurdwara Guru Nanak Charan Astaan, Beerwah on Baisakhi, officers of district administration, Budgam held a meeting with the Sikh devotees including the management of the Gurdwara.
Additional District Development Commissioner, Mr. Ghulam Mohi-u-din Bhat assured the devotees of complete and full support of administration on this auspicious day and directed the concerned officers of PHE and PDD for uninterrupted supply of drinking water and electricity on the occasion.
Medical assistance in case of any need was also made available to the devotees and due care of sufficient transport till late evening was also taken so that the people of Sikh community are able to offer special prayers on the day without any hassles. |
