JAMMU: A two weeks training programme sponsored by Directorate of Employment J&K, and organized by J&K IMPA Jammu from Ist to 15th April, 2013 under the course Directorship of Ms. Manju Kapoor, Assistant Professor JK IMPA Jammu concluded at J&K IMPA, Jammu.
The main focus of training was to orient participants to the desired level of knowledge, skill and attitude which management Executives are required to possess. The participants were exposed to various counselling techniques, latest development, Scenario of JK economy, self Employment schemes and challenges in entrepreneurship. The participants were also exposed to industrial policy 2004, various Managerial skills and Employment Generation schemes.
Various internal and external faculties including Farooq Ahmed Peer, Dr. G.R. Ghani, (Retd), Dr. M.A. Khan, Prof. Indu Aima, Dr. Reva Sharma, Arvav Gupta from JKEDI, Dr. Rahul Dev from Animal Husbandry Department, Kartik Kapoor (IT Engineer), V.K. Gupta, Deputy General Manager(Retd), SICOP, Ms. Sita Anand from University of Jammu, Dr.D.L. Koul from J&K Bank, I/C Employment Schemes interacted with the participants.
