JAMMU: The House Committee constituted to examine the details of alleged bungling in JAKFED and ascertain the facts of embezzlement of funds convened its first meeting here today under the Chairmanship of Mr. Khalid Najib Suharwardy.
The Members of the Committee including Mr. Ravinder Kumar Sharma, Mr. Ali Mohammad Dar and Syed Rafiq Shah were also present in the meeting. The Committee sought detailed report of special Audit and its outcome, CAG report, action taken report, copy of FIR along with the names of the officers, officials and suppliers allegedly involved in the scam and enquiry Committee (Pillai Committee) report.
The Committee directed Administrative Secretary, Cooperative Department to produce all the records relevant to the matter on or before April 24, 2013 to make convenient to House Committee to convene its next meeting on April 25, 2013. |
