| Anti-Tobacco camp held at Ganderbal | | |

ganderbal, May 10 :To make aware the Police and civil officials of District Administration Ganderbal about the Tobacco Control laws and about the measures besides strategies curb the tobacco menace in the district, J&K Health Voluntary Organization and Voluntary Health Association of India in collaboration with District Police Ganderbal conducted in daylong workshop here today.
Various measures to get rid of the menace including engagement and counselling besides improving penalties under Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act (COTPA) 2003 besides making Ganderbal smoking free district were threadbare discussed during the awareness camp. |
