SRINAGAR, May 24: On the directions of Deputy Chief Minister, Mr. Tara Chand, who is also Minister in-charge School Education, the School Education Department has re-scheduled the summer vacations in Jammu division from May 29, 2013. This has been done in view of scorching heat in Jammu division. As per a Government order issued here today, all Government Institutions including recognized private schools up to higher secondary level falling in summer zones of Jammu division, shall observe summer vacations from May 29 to July 18, 2013. The deviation on the part of any private institution (s) in observance of the calendar of vacations so authorized shall attract action under rules, says the order. |
