Bovine smuggler arrested 6/3/2013 10:42:58 PM Udhampur, June 3 : Police today arrested an inter district bovine smuggler who was involved in running bovine smuggling racket since year 2004 and was wanted in Case FIR No. 33/2004 U/S 188/RPC, 3/PCA registered in the Police Station Majalta.
