MUMBAI, June 14: As per an April 4 General Resolution (GR), websites and theatre owners are not supposed to be charging customers any additional amount but have been doing so owing to which the court on Thursday asked the Mumbai and Mumbai suburban collectors to file affidavits on the matter. Acting on a PIL by lawyer Sunil Lalla, the division bench of Chief Justice Mohit Shah and Justice MS Sanklecha ordered the collectors to file affidavits on steps they had taken to implement the GR.
