SRINAGAR: A meeting of Committee on Privilege of Jammu And Kashmir Legislative Council was held under the Chairmanship of MLC, Mr. Jugal Kishore Sharma here today.
The Committee discussed and examined the breach of Privilege notice given by MLC’s, Naresh Kumar Gupta, Syed Mohammad Rafiq Shah, Ravinder Kumar Sharma and Ex-MLC Mr. Murtaza Ahmed Khan against various officers besides they also examined other pending breach of privileges.
The Committee also decided to call various officers including officials of JAKFED and SP Security Srinagar in its next meeting.
The Committee sought reports submitted by previous Committees on Privilege during last four years.
Legislators, Showkat Hussain Ganei, Ravinder Kumar Sharma and Ali Mohammad Dar were also present in the meeting and gave their valuable suggestion.
Additional Secretary, Mr. Mohammad Maqbool Bhat, besides officers and officials of Council Secretariat were also present in the meeting.
