CPPWU hails ALC Kishtwar 9/23/2013 10:17:02 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Sept 23: Chinar Power Project Workers Union Kishtwar has hailed the efforts of Assistant Labour Commissior for various works. According to press release, Farooq Tapal criticized some office bearers of Chinar Valley Power Project Kishtwar who were allegedly trying to defame the image of ALC Kishtwar for the personal interests. Others who spoke on the occasion are Gh. Hussain Shah vice Chairmanship,Md.
