Srinagar, Sept 23: DAV Managing Committee Jawahar Nagar Srinagar today has expressed its deep gratitude to Tara Chand Dy Chief Minister and all others for their sincere efforts in handing over the assets and administration of the DAV Jawahar Nagar Srinagar to the legally constituted managing committee by way of issuance of Govt. Order in response to directions of the High Court.
According to press statement issued by the spokesperson, the DAV Managing Committee Jawahar Nagar Srinagar today has expressed its deep gratitude to Tara Chand Dy Chief Minister, .Vinod Sharma Gen Secy Congress, Surinder Singh Chani Ex-MLC, Hridesh Kumar Singh Secy School Education,.Mir Tariq Ali Director of School Education, Mohd Akbar Dar and all other well wishers for their devoted efforts in handing over the assets and administration of the above mentioned DAV Jawahar Nagar Srinagar to the legally constituted managing committee through Govt. Order No.705 of 213 Dtd 17/09/2013 following directions of High Court order Dtd 24/10/2011. "Managing Committee has started functioning from 17/09/2013, spokesperson stated and added, "a general body meeting is hereby called to discuss and deliberate in detail to the affairs of Arya Samaj Wazir Bagh and DAV institute Jawahar Nagar on Sept 29 at 7:30am at Memorial Trust Building Roop Nagar sector 1. "Apart from General Body all the members of the approved Managing committee are requested to attend the scheduled meeting, spokesperson added. |
