BJYM re-affirms full support to youth

Jammu, Sept 23: In the second session of the State working Committee meeting organised by the State unit of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha discussed the various issues related to the youth of the state and expressed serious concern over the exploitation of youth in Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh.
In the presence of BJP state president Jugal Kishore Sharma, general secretary (org.) Ashok Koul, BJYM state president Ravinder Raina, Satish Sharma and Yudhvir Sethi, BJYM national executive member Advocate Parimoksh Seth moved the resolution on the issues related to youth reaffirming the complete support to the youth of the state of Jammu & Kashmir in dealing with the non serious attitude of the Congress-NC government which was supported by state vice president advocate Dinker Gupta Anchook Dorjee, Amarjeet Singh, Ishant Gupta, Damanjeet Singh, Sanjay Sharma, Nishu Gupta, Ashish Sharma Ajay Vaid and others.
The ten point resolution passed by the BJYM demanded immediate withdrawal of new recruitment policy adopted by the Govt. of Jammu & Kashmir as it violates the fundamental guarantees in Chapter-III of the constitution of India, cancellation of the Surrender & Rehabilitation Policy, immediate filling up of all government vacancies by fixing a criteria trough which the jobs can be assured without any regional discrimination, regularization of the services of 8000 National Youth Corps who were engaged with different Government services, establishment of a Central university and an examination centre of Service Selection Board in Leh, 50% reservation for students of Jammu region in Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University and Central University Jammu, revive Dogra Certificate to benefit the youth belonging to Jammu region, which was earlier adopted by the government but later cancelled it under the pressure from Kashmir based separatist leaders, bring J&K bank in the ambit of RTI under the 2009 RTI Act and ask JK Bank to frame a recruitment policy so that the regional discrimination doesn't take place, make law related to the regulation of the educational institutes and tuition centres and frame an effective recruitment policy for the youth of J&K as there is no such policy for youth in J&K which should include the issues related to the youth belonging to internally displaced PoJK refugees & Kashmiri Pandit, youth of Jammu and the nationalist youth of Kashmir valley and Ladakh.
BJYM prabhari Yudhvir Sethi while interacting with youth asked them to prepare for the upcoming elections and make sure the victory of the party candidates. BJP all Morcha Prabhari Satish Sharma stressed upon expanding the Yuva Morcha activities in rural areas and the state unit to involve more and more youth in activities.
BJYM state secretaries Inderjeet Sambyal and Ajay Pargal conducted the proceedings of the meeting. BJYM delegates across the state including Kashmir and Leh participated in the State working committee meeting.
