EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Sept 23 : National Panther Students Union (NPSU) held a meeting at Gandhi Nagar here on Monday to discuss various issues pertaining to student community. During the meeting which was chaired by Partap Singh Jamwal, State President (NPSU) issues regarding hike of fees in colleges, non enhancement in scholarships of students, degrading educational standards in the state tuitions by government teachers. Speaking on the occasion, Singh said that to fight against the discrimination with the students of Jammu province, they should unite. "Students community is being discriminated by the dictatorship of National Conference and now it's the time to fight against NC," he said. Meanwhile, Singh also rotated the positions of the leaders of NPSU to further strengthen the party at ground level with the consultation of Prof. Bhim Singh (Chief Patron National Panthers Party and NPSU). Sanjay Sharma was appointed as City President Jammu, Nitish Sharma as Rural President Jammu, Sahil Mushtaq as District President Jammu, Sidhant Dogra as Tehsil President Jammu, Angat Kumar as District General Secretary Jammu while Deepak Raj Panday, Vishal K Sadotra and Yogesh Talwar have been appointed as provincial Secretary Jammu and Sachin Singh Sambyal as General Secretary Jammu Province. |
