Banihal, Sept 27: A large number of locals enthusiastically thronged to ongoing three day long "Cultural Events And Educational Seminar For Youth - 2013" on its second day. The event is being organized by the Rashtriya Rifles Batallion at Banihal at the Govt Higher Secondary School (Boys) campus.
According to spokesperson, large number of students from various schools and colleges participated with great enthusiasm and competitive spirit in the event. "The various events on the second day included inter-school quiz competition in three categories, the debate competition and various other competitions such as solo and group song competitions, a seminar on "India's Performance in International Sporting Events" and a talent hunt competition, spokesperson said.
Giving details he said approximately 200 students participated in the different competitions. |
