Jammu, Dec 3: The member of All J&K Movement for Peace and Justice, Kuldeep Kumar Rao, while reacting to the statements given by various political parties over the demand of Narendra Modi' open debate of Article-370 said the primary beneficiaries of this Article are politicians and bureaucrats besides some selected families.
As per handout, Kuldeep Kumar Rao said that in reality the primary beneficiary of this Article are politicians and bureaucrats besides some selected families because instead of devolving & decentralizing the powers to the constitutional institutions like Panchyat Raj Institutions, SVO, SAC etc which have been reduced to cage parrots, by these politicians, in order to befool & hoodwink the masses, try to harp on illusionary instruments like Self Rule or Autonomy.
Attacking severely on the so called advocates of Jammu region, Rao questioned as to how they made no cry when the ban on de-limitation commission, during BJP rule at the centre, was made applicable to J&K state in 2002 without wasting time by the state Assembly imposing further ban in J&K state that delimitation here would be done only after 2031 census through amendment No29 of state constitution. |
