Kathua, Dec 4: Jammu Bhartiya Vidya Mandir Billawar celebrated annual day with great enthusiasm, zeal and fervor. On the occassion Saint Bal Yogeshwar was the Chief Guest. Students of the school presented colourful cultural programme and enthralled the audience. The Principal of the school presents annual report of the school and also gives the details of the other programmes of the school which are taken up for the welfare of the students.
