| Inter-house quiz competition held | | | Early Times Report
Kathua, Dec 14: Adarsh Higher Secondary School (HSS) Kathua today oragnsied inter-house Quiz Competition in the premises of school.
According to press release, Chief Education Officer, J K Sudan Presided over the function, Retired Superintendent of Police Sardar Khan was the chief guest while Prof. Ram Murti SharmaDirector Baba Farid College of Education was the guest of honor and A K Gupta (KAS) was the Special Guest.
The first round of competition comprised of multiple choice questions of academic as well as general awareness. The second round was a rapid fire round in which the participant had to answer maximum questions in stipulated time.
The Mystical Nimbles clinched the first position followed by The Brain Toddlers and the Intellectualists on 2nd and 3rd rank.
Prizes were awarded to the winners by the chief guest.
Both the guests congratulated the participant and appreciated the school management for organizing regularly such type of programs.
In the end, Gandharb Singh Katal, Principal of the school also congratulated the participants and thanked the dignitaries present on the occasion. |
