JAMMU, Dec 14: The Indian Style Wrestling team today left for participation in the 47th Indian Style Senior National Champion and Hind Kesari Title to be held at Bahadur Garh in Haryana from tomorrow. The team was flagged-off by the president of the Association, Shiv Kumar Sharma at Dewan Mandir Akhara, here. Before their departure, the team underwent a screening test conducted by the Sports Officer of the State Sports Council, Rajan Sharma.
Earlier, the selected probable underwent a 15 days coaching camp. The team is accompanied by Prem Kumar and Om Parkash Kapoor as coach and manager respectively while Mulk Raj Sharma is technical official.
Among others present during screening were Bansi Lal Tidyal, PR Sharma and Kulbir Singh.
