| 46 year-old unidentified female found dead | | | Et Report
Jammu, Dec 26 : Body of an unidentified female aged around 46 year-old was recovered from canal in Nagbani area, falling under the jurisdiction of Domana police station on Thursday.
Police said some locals found a body floating in canal and after getting the information police reached the spot.
Later, the body was shifted to the mortuary of the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for identification. The deceased was raped could be ruled out after the reports of medical examination came in.
A case has been registered at Domana police station and investigation started. Police further said that they are scrutinizing records of missing reports of all nearby police stations so that the deceased can be identified. |
