Shopian, Dec 26: Dehati Abadi of village Bagh Sangarwani, Abhama, Shopian without electricity.
According to press release, Communist Party of India (CPI) Secretary Abdul Rehman Takroo said that the village without electricity for last so many weeks and the people were facing hardships.
He further said that no electric polls as well as their wiring were in dilapidated condition in this village and similarly village Nadigam, Shopian had the condition and government agencies were not paying heed to the complaints of general public. There was the complaint of unscheduled power cuts and electricity had become dream for public of the area whereas the fee bills were paid by them regularly. It was impressed upon the government and particularly and the Power Development Department that the grievance of public be redressed forthwith as they were facing hardships during the winter season.
He further said that the children were facing difficulties in presuming their education due to without electricity. |
