Jammu, Dec 26: District Development Commissioner (DDC) AK Sahu today inaugurated three days long district level exhibition organized by JK Khadi and Village Industries Board (KVIB) to exhibit the Khadi and Village Industries Production manufactured by KVIB.
According to press release, a total of 15 stalls of different products like readymade steel gates and grills, Kashmiri embroidery shawls and ladies suits, geysers, coolers, whole meal atta, footwears, cashew nuts and departmental honey were installed.
AK Sahu visited the stalls and showed keen interest in KVIB products. He was informed that the products were manufactured locally by the units financed under Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme by KVIB.
Dy. CEO KVIB Jammu division and district officer KVIB Jammu was also present on the occasion. |
