Jammu, Dec 26: Janta Dal Secular has welcomed the decision regarding appointment of Lokpal and asked state government to follow the same path.
According to press release, a meeting of JDS was held under the chairmanship of Janta Market Raghunath Bazar which was presided over by Mast Nath Yogi, president of state unit of Party.
Addressing the workers, Yogi asked state government to regularize adhoc and contractural daily wagers who were working in various departments for the last many years.
He further said that it was matter of great concern that daily accidents on Jammu-Akhnoor road have been claiming many lives, but the state government was not taking action to widen the road.
Ram Rattan Sharma, Haji Abudul Rehman, Bhagwati Saran Sharma, Makhan Lal, Chaman Lal, Kulbir Singh, BR Sharma, Amrik Singh, Ranjay Bargotra and HS Dogra were present in the meeting. |
