Jammu, Jan.4 : Alleging back tracking by the Jammu university authorities, the Non-Gazetted Employees Union (NGEU) of Jammu University (JU) highlighted their demands during a press conference here today. Addressing the media-persons, Vijay Kumar, President, NGEU criticized Jammu University authorities for backtracking from their promise of regularizing 64 Class-IVth employees. "The Jammu University authority have regularized only 50 employees instead of 64, he said, adding rest of employees also have the similar right to their jobs.' Lambasting concerned authorities, Vijay criticised the JU authorities for turning a deaf ear towards the 3 reminders given to them from time to time. He cautioned authorities not to adopt dilly-dallying tactics otherwise the JU authorities will be responsible for any untoward incident and consequences arising thereof. |
