Rajouri, Jan 4 : Newly Selected Teachers Association (NSTA) Rajouri has appeal the chief justice of J&K high court to save their careers who have been facing hardship for the last two years. After getting indifferent and unsympathetic response from SSRB and Govt, the speakesperson of NSTA-Rajouri stated that now they have decided to appeal Chief Justice for saving their careers. NSTA -Rajouri held a meeting in this regard in which its executive members Jagdish Sudan, Inder Paul, Arun Sudan, Bharat Bhushan, Poonam Sharma, Yogita Sharma, Saroj Bala, Ajay Sharma and Sanjay Jambal participated. Jagdish Sudan, executive member in this meeting said that the victimized candidates are not responsible in any way as they have no role in constituting and appointing the CEOs as members of the selection committee. "It is the prerogative of the government. So quashment of the list on this ground along has disheartened the selected candidates", Sudan said. Sudan said that the same interviewing committees were constituted in many other districts like Jammu, Srinagar, Kathua, Kishtwar, Reasi etc. where the regular Chief Education Officers were not on the chair. "Even SSRB had released a supplementary list of 18 districts where committee was the same and C.E.O was not the member of interview committee", Sudan said. The selected candidates appealed the chief justice of J&K high court to look and intervene into the matter personally keeping in view the career of the candidates. |
