Jammu, Jan 4: The enforcement of team Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) today demolished several illegal constructions being raised in different locality of Jammu city. According to JMC spokesman, the Enforcement Staff led by the Chief Enforcement Officer of Corporation continuing drive against the unauthorized construction, violations and encroachments undertook an extensive day long drive. "The team demolished the ramp at lane no: 6, Greater Kailash, Jammu which was constructed unauthorized by Gurvinder Singh", the spokesman said, adding that the team also demolished the pillars constructed over the nallaha by S. Surinder Singh at Deshmesh Nagar, Digiana, Jammu. He further said that the team also demolished the bathroom constructed by Sudershan Singh resident of H. No: 25 Chougan Slathia, Panjtirthi, Jammu. "The team demolished the extended slab laid down by S. Gurmeet Singh at Rajinder Bazar, Jammu", he said, adding that the demolition drive has been conducted with the help of police force from Police Stations and police force from District Police Lines, Jammu. |
