Jammu, Feb 10: Demanding sub-division status to Bishnah, hundreds of youth of Bishnah constituency under the leadership of Gambhir Dev Singh Charak Incharge Youth Wing Dogra Sadar Sabha today staged a protest demonstration outside secretariat
According to press release, addressing the youth gathered there, Gambhir Dev Singh Charak raised various issues on behalf of the people of tehsil Bishnah. He thanked the Congress high command and state government for giving Tehsil status to Arnia and separate CD block also for Arnia. But at the same time he reiterated the demand for Sub Division for Bishnah. "Several Colleges were sanctioned in the State, Every College got its Building, Ground, Lab, Library, etc. what are the reasons that the students of Bishnah College still suffering", he said. The demonstrators warned the state government to accept their demands, otherwise they will be compelled to launch a vigorous struggle against the government. |
