Keep distance from NC-Congress: Young Panthers 2/10/2014 9:32:19 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Feb 10: State Secretary of Young Panthers, Pawan Dev Singh today appealed the people of Bani constituency to keep distance from the NC and Congress leaders to teach them lesson in the forth-coming elections for step-motherly treatment meted out to Bani constituency. He further said that Bani constituency was totally neglected by the state government. "It is an irony that the bani college was got senctioned in 2008 and has been still functioning in the hostel building of Hr Sec. School Bani. It shows the total negligence and inefficency of higher department as well as local legislature that building infrastructure cannot provide to the college for the last six years", he said.
