| Shabir be treated fairly: BAJ | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 10: The J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu called upon the authorities that Shabir Ahmed Khan who had been a member of the Association and was Ex MOS Health be treated fairly.
According to press release, the BAJ said that all the allegations against him be enquired without any prejudice and impartiality without any pressure from any group.
The Association stands for the rights of the women but keeping in view the allegations, as appeared in certain newspapers, the complaint should be investigated fairly and impartially by the authorities concerned.
The Association is of the opinion that let the law take its own course and Shabir Ahmed Khan should not be victimized at the instance of any pressure group. |
