| PDP youth protests, demands arrest of ex Minister | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 10: Alleging ruling regime on all fronts, PDP youth wing staged a protest outside Press Club Jammu and demand immediate arrest of former minister Shabir Khan who stepped down after his name figured out in alleged molestation case. Led by Vikram Singh Dist Vice president PDP, Sachin Sharma, Sonu Saini, Mahesh Bakshi, Chaman Angral and others the activists of People Democratic Party gathered in front of Press Club staged protest against state government. Raising slogans against J&K Govt for its failure to curb the ever growing unemployment among youth, the protestors alleged that new recruitment policy is a joke with educated youth besides this they also demanded immediate arrest of Shabir Khan who is evading arrest in molestation case. Vikram Singh Dist Vice president PDP said said that Sonia Gandhi, being a lady should step into the matter and get Shabir Khan behind the bars and initiate a high level Judicial enquiry into the said incident so that truth could be brought into light. Sachin Sharma added that Congress is the party that is being befooling the public by raising hallow slogans for the upliftment and safety of the women. Sonu Saini said that Govt has failed on all fronts and said pace of development which is started during regime of PDP Congress has slowed down. |
