Jammu, May 6: State Bank of India (SBI) the country's largest commercial bank in its alternate channel programme introduced a new 24 x 7 Cash Deposit Machine, first of its kind in Samba, inaugurated by S K Kapoor, Regional Head, Region - III, State Bank of India, J&K here today at its Bari Brahmana Branch
In his inaugural speech, the chief guest S K Kapoor said, "it is amazing to see the advancement of technology, it was the time when customers were forced to wait for hours together in long queues to have normal banking, feels gratitude and immense pleasure to have such initiatives for public at large and businessman in particular in the area by using cash deposit machine.
"We have this dedicated SME branch in the town which provides SME loans to industrialists, big & small traders, he said, adding, " the technology is the need of the hour and bank is committed to provide 24x7 service to its esteemed customer." Branch Head Rajiv Mengi also spoke on the occasion. |
