Bootlegger held with 45 pouches of liquor 5/6/2014 10:59:33 PM Early Times Report Jammu, May 6: Police today arrested a bootlegger and recovered 45 pouches of illicit liquor from his possession in Akhnoor area. Police spokesman said that on specific infoemation party led by Inspector Pardeep Sharma raised a surprised naka at Devipur and intercepted one pedestrian namely Gurmeet Singh of Badayala Chack. "On search of his belongings, party recovered 45 Pouches of J&K Excise liquor from his possession which he was carrying illegally", said spokesman. The accused has been arrested and 45 Pouches of liquor seized by the police after registration of case under FIR No. 93/2014 under section 48-A Excise Act at Akhnoor police station.
