ABVP celebrates Bhagat Singh birth anniversary 9/28/2014 11:09:00 PM Jammu, Sept 28: ABVP today celebrated birth anniversary of Shaheed-E-Azam Bhagat Singh with great joy here at Parade Chowk. According to press release, ABVP Jammu Vice president Vikas Sharma and Bahadur Singh Katoch along with other paid rich tributes to Shaheed Bhagat Singh. Speaking on the occasion, Bahadur Singh Katoch said, "Bhagat Singh is the real hero as his sacrifice of life for the country at such a young age inspires us to love the country." He further said that every moment of Bhagat Singh life was purposeful, but his single lifetime objective was freedom of the nation. Meanwhile, Vikas Sharma said that one of the great heroes in the fight for independence, Bhagat Singh was lost somewhere in the pages of history. A hero who died for his country but today the young generation even forgets to remember him.
