PNB organizes mega awareness camp on PM's Jan DhanYojna 11/27/2014 10:59:29 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 27 : Punjab National Bank (PNB) on Thursday organized a mega awareness Camp on Prime Minister's Jan DhanYojna at Village Khuttian in RS Pura. As per press release, the Mega Camp was attended by over 300 farmers inhabiting village Khuttian and the surrounding villages including the Sarpanchs and Panchayat members. The farmers were apprised of the benefits of the PMJDY accounts and during the course of the proceedings, certain misgivings regarding the overdraft facility of Rs. 5000 accidental insurance of Rs.1.00 lac and life insurance of Rs.30000 were also addressed. While, Field General Manager GS Gandhoke said that the Financial Inclusion would only be complete after they avail the credit facility from our bank. He appreciated the huge potential of the area for our agriculture advance schemes since the entire belt is known as rice belt of Jammu producing the best Basmati rice.
