JAMMU, Nov 27: The IInd Open Women's Volleyball Tournament, organised by Trikuta Volleyball Club under the aegis of Volleyball Association of J&K, shall start at JK Public School, Kunjwani, near here tomorrow. In all, 11 teams have confirmed their participation for two-day knock-out competition.
The participating teams are host, Trikuta Club, APS BD Bari, Rajput Club Jakh, Government SPMR College of Commerce, GWC Parade, Government High School Chowadi, GWC Udhampur, KV Samba, APS Akhnoor and JK Public School Kunjawani.
The competition shall be declared open by Director JK Public School, Brigadier Shukh Dev Singh.
Earlier, a meeting of the organising committee took place under chairmanship of Amarjeet Singh to review the arrangements.
The meeting besides others was attended by Mulkh Raj Khajuria, Manpreet Kour, Shakti Sharma and Rimpy Khajuria. |
