jammu, Dec 30: Five days long subject specific masters/teachers training, organized by District Institute of Education and Trainings (DIET) under the aegis of RMSA today concluded.
According to press release, the subjects covered in the training programme were Hindi, Urdu, History and Geography and Civics and Economics. The training was carried out in Government Girls and Boys Higher Secondary School Bakshinagar, Government High School Gandhi Nagar. Vimla Devi, Smt Satya Devi, Darshana Devi were the coordinators under whose able management around 253 teachers and masters were trained in four subjects.
DIET Jammu sought the expertise of faculty members and from the field to make the lectures fruitful and effective.
Principal DIET Jammu, Mohinder Singh was the motivating force behind the training programme. He monitored the programme and interacted with the participants and ensured that the training programme ran smoothly.
Singh further highlighted the importance of training to enhance the quality and competence of the teachers. He placed on record his sincere thanks to the worthy Director School Education, Chief Education officer Jammu, Zonal Education Officers, Principals and Headmasters for their whole hearted support in order to make the programme a success. |
