Developments in Court Complex: DB issues directions to respondents 12/31/2014 12:01:02 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 30 (JNF): In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Bar Association Jammu and Sumit Nayyar seeking various development activities around court complex, Division Bench of High Court comprising Chief Justice MM Kumar and Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur directed respondents to file latest status of the receipt of funds be made available to the Court on next date of hearing and fixed February 4, for consideration of the issue for release of funds and all other issues. After hearing both the sides observed that an affidavit by the Director (Coordination) Planning and Development Department has been filed stating that an amount of Rs1.09 Crore is expected to be released by January, 2015 for the construction of lawyer's chambers and the same shall be given to the service provider on its receipt.
