Kathua, Dec 30: Inder Paul Gupta, music teacher, KV Kathua has been awarded KVS National Incentive Award by Upendra Kushwaha, Union Minister of State, HRD, GOI on behalf of Union Cabinet Minister, HRD Smriti Zubin Irani on eve of KVS foundation day, Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Auditorium, New Delhi.
He is awarded for the year 2014 on recognition of his outstanding services in the field of education and contribution towards the holistic development of the pupil. In 2013, the Regional Incentive Award was presented to him by Avinash Dixit, Commissioner, KVS, New Delhi on 15 Jan 2014 in recognition of his dedicated, sincere and meritorious services towards the cause of education.
He is an excellent teacher with versatility in the field of singing, flute & violin playing. He has participated in five KVS State rallies (national level), three national jamboorees and 3rd SAARC Jambooree of Bharat Scouts & Guides. He has been given commendation letter by then KVS commissioner, Lizzie Jacob (1993-94). AVLJ Rao, Deputy commissioner, Jammu region, A.S Gill and D.R Meena, Asst. Commissioner, Jammu region, MK Tewari, principal, KV Kathua and students of KV Kathua celebrated his achievement. |
