Govt employee found hanging 6/22/2016 11:31:43 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 22: A middle-aged government employee was found hanging under mysterious circumstances from the ceiling fan hook at his residence here today. He was identified as Paras Ram (50) of sector 8, Nanak Nagar.
