| Despite HC directions, R&B department places for officials at disposal of Transport Department | | |

Jammu, Mar 5: Even though the Jammu and Kashmir High Court has ask the government of Jammu and Kashmir not to send any official on the deputation to Transport Department, the Roads and Building Department today placed four of its blue eyed officials at the disposal of Transport Department.
Earlier Transport Department after lot of hue and cry reprimanded nearly two dozen employees to their parent departments under the garb of the court directions in which court has restricted the government from putting any of its official on deputation in transport department and directed the government to recruit its own engineers to cover the shortfall if any, however the government continue to violate the court order with impunity through double standard means. The order is also affecting thousands of unemployed youths who are for government jobs and faces tough resistance from these blue eyed who are encroaching these jobs by using political influence.
In such fresh violation of the court order, the R&B department vide order No. 128 PW (R&B) of 2018 Dated 5-3-2018 place four of its engineers at the disposal of Transport Department.
As per the said order, the copy of which is available with Early Times, the commissioner secretary to R&B department on the name " in the interest of administration" placed Junior Engineer Mechanical namely Bharat Bhushan, recalled from PHE, I&FC Department, Sanjay Butt recalled from Mechanical Division Jammu, Sanjeev Parihar recalled from PHE, I&FC Department and Aslam Parvaiz Chowhan recalled from Stores Procurement Department Jammu and placed all of them at the disposal of Transport Department for further services. As per the order all the above mentioned officials shall be deemed to be relieved from their present place of postings with immediate effect. |
