| NPSU demands construction of Bunkers in border area on fast track | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 20: National Panther Students Union (NPSU) organized a press conference regarding the casualties taking place in border nook areas of Jammu Province due to unprecedented firing from Pak Army. The press conference was held under the chairmanship of Thakur Virender Singh, State President NPSU.
While addressing the media persons, he expressed give concern regarding the loss of lives due to unannounced heavy firing from Pakistan's side. He said that people have suffered a great loss of lives and property due to heavy shelling.
He further added that whenever such incidents take place, the ministers of State Govt. shows concern for the people and promises people that they will give residential plots to the suffering people and will also build bunkers for the safety of the people, but nothing seems to be visible in reality.
This is a serious issue but the Govt, is not showing seriousness regarding this. He said that no politics is tolerated on the lives of the people. People are in great need of their facilities and Govt. should not delay the construction of bunkers anymore.
Singh also shout concern over the incident and sympathy with the victim of Pak firing. He told Pakistan to stop such acts of firing on the innocent civilians and on the personnel of the forces defending the LoC. |
