| CII organizes industrial visit for MIET students | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 31: CII in collaboration with Berger Paints India Ltd, Samba had organized an Industrial visit for MIET college students. According to press release, the visit was organized with an aim to impart pragmatic knowledge about the industrial processes. Gaining from course readings, text books, and other examination material does not do the trick for all encompassing learning. Practical, hands-on learning is essential for better understanding of work processes and business functions. Industrial Visits are helpful to students in identifying their area of interest; Industry visits bridge the gap between theoretical training and practical learning in a real-life environment. Vinay Sharma, Factory manager and team elucidated the entire Paint Manufacturing process information from Manufacturing to dispatch with due course of supply chain management. Students from MIET College became familiar with industry practices and regulations during industry visit. Prof. BC Sharma facilitated the students to broaden their viewpoint and gather knowledge about working process of the company. It helped improve relational abilities and correspondence methods. |
