| Place of worship, particular community being targeted in Rassana case, alleges DF&SS | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 17: Dogra Front & Shiv Sena (SF&SS) today said the Kathua incident in which a 8 year old girl has been raped is been given a communal angle by trying to defame a certain community and its place of worship.
The leaders of DF&SS said that the 8 year old girl is neither Muslim and nor the accused are Hindus, it is incident of the Rape and the culprits should be tried to the maximum punishment of the law. The girl who was raped and killed is the daughter of India.
The workers of DD&SF under the leadership of President Ashok Gupta took out a protest rally in Jammu city demanding the Enquiry and the investigation of the Rape case to be supervised under the Supreme Court.
Gupta further stated that there are some politicians who are trying to give this incident a communal angle. The politician and the political party are trying to milk this issue to play there vote bank politics. Some of the politicians are using this rape issue to cater to there vote bank in Kashmir as the politics of communalism has always worked for the political parties in the valley.
He further stated that why a certain section of people are were made part of this investigation by bringing them from the valley. In an appeal to the Supreme Court Mr Gupta stated that the apex body should supervise the investigation so that the Justice is not denied to the the 8 year old girl and the actual accused are punished.
At last he stated that we have not named the girl in this incident because she is the daughter of India and the name would indicate to her religion. It is a brutal case of rape & murder so that the culprits should be punished. The party people who were present at the time of protest were Nanki, Krishan, Geeta, Shashi, Naresh, Labbah, Dinesh, Bantu, Suresh, Naresh, Abhishek and various others were present. |
