Early Times Report
KATHUA, Apr 18: A video of a Hiranagar woman is making rounds on social networking sites wherein she is claiming that some people have uploaded pictures of her husband and daughter by indicting her husband as an accused in Rasana case, ASI Tilak Raj.
The woman, Kismat Kumari of Hirnagar village can be heard of saying that the name of her husband is also Tilak Raj and he is also a police cop posted at Poonch district. According to the woman, the videos and photos of her husband and daughter are being spread on social networking sites-Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, Instagram like the wild fire.
Owing to the rapid circulation of videos and photos of her family members, Kismat Kumari said that her family members are receiving threatening calls and messages from across the country.
"We're living in a state of fear as anybody can target my family members for none of their fault. We want the government take strict action against those anti-social elements that have uploaded these videos and photos on the social sites," the woman can be heard of saying.
When contacted SHO Hiranagar told Early Times "We have not received any written complaint from the woman side. We will take strict action under IT laws against the accused for assassinating the characters of the family members of the woman on receiving a complaint."
