Jammu, Apr 23: In a petition filed by father of 11 years old girl seeking change of Incharge SIT in FIR NO 7/2018 u/s 354/3761/511 RPC and leveling allegations of harassment against Zulfikar Ahmed Shaheen DySP, Justice Alok Aradhe of J&K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Adv Sumir Pandita with Adv Anil Safaya for the petitioner observed that the counsel for the petitioner submitted petitioners' minor daughter is a victim and however, she is being called to police station on regular basis on the pretext of interrogation by I/C SIT.
Court after hearing counsel in length directed that till next date of hearing, the petitioner's minor daughter shall not be called to police station by I/C SIT and the charge sheet shall not be filed in pursuance of the investigation, which may be carried by the team headed by the Zulfikar Ahmed Shaheen. |
