Udhampur, May 25: The people have demanded upgradation of Government High School Chiryai, Udhampur which was established in 1938. The school wad upgraded once in 1965 and after that the authorities and the local representative s forgot it.
Demanding upgradation of the school common masses as well as student's from eight Panchayats assembled in the school and registered protest against State government as well as Higher authorities of Education department here today .
They said girls have to go to a far off village Tikri after 10th which subjects them to onconvenience. The locals demanded upgradation of the school. |
