After going through the contents of the FIR No. 140/2018 U/S 323, 504, 506 RPC and the bail application, the CJM Kishtwar took serious note of denying the bail to the jailed union leader and summoned the SHO Police Station Kishtwar Sameer Jeelani in the court where the judge ordered for his immediate release.
The counsel of the jailed leader also took serious note of handcuffing of his client who was produced by the police in court.
After getting bail from the court, Bhandari while speaking to Early Times alleged political vendetta. Bhandari said that he was slapped by DC Kishtwar in his office chamber who also threatened him that in case he did not stop demanding jobs for local unemployed youths, he will be taken to task. He said that DC Kishtwar also abused him. He said that CCTV's are installed everywhere in DC Office Kishtwar other then DC Kishtwar office chamber.
