| DPS Nagbani holds workshop | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, May 30: A workshop on the topic "Building a Positive School Environment" was conducted in Delhi Public School Nagbani, Jammu - (West).
The resource person R. K. Verma who is also the Principal of the school acquainted the teachers about the school planning, organization and management which is directly related to human and physical resources.
The aim behind the workshop was to enable the staff members to utilize all the resources in the best possible way so that they prove to be successful in performing their duties. He said that for better performance of the duties the school employees and teachers require an effective leadership but at the same time, they require a good and conductive environment for their proper functioning.
He again stressed upon by saying that 'School Environment' here means all those conditions, resources and their integrated and inter -related activities which directly or indirectly affect functioning of the school. He touched upon all the aspects of school environment and gave tips on how to create a positive social environment and effective academic environment.
